1. Who we are
This website is operated by Prime Clarity LLC SPC ("Prime Clarity", "we", "us", "our"), a company licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, providing accounting and CFO advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
For any privacy matter, contact us at advisory@primeclarity.ae or by post at Office 46-(543), Corniche Tower, Al Hisn, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
2. The data we collect
Information you give us
When you complete our contact form or reach us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company name and the contents of your message. When you become a client, we collect the additional information needed to deliver our services.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting and form-handling providers for security, delivery and fraud prevention.
3. How and why we use your data
We use personal data to respond to your enquiries, provide and administer our services, communicate with you, keep proper business records, and meet our professional, legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed firm (including accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering requirements). We rely on one or more lawful bases for this, including your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate business interests.
4. Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the website and process enquiries on our behalf, including:
- Web3Forms — delivers messages submitted through our contact form to our inbox.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
These providers act on our instructions, and some may process data on servers located outside the UAE.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the service providers above, with our professional advisors, and with regulators or authorities (such as the Federal Tax Authority) where we are required or permitted to do so by law. Anyone who handles your data on our behalf is bound by confidentiality.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the United Arab Emirates, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable UAE data-protection law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to satisfy the record-retention periods required of us under applicable accounting, tax and commercial laws. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and keep our practices under review.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern, email advisory@primeclarity.ae. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant UAE data-protection authority.
10. Cookies
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
